Account Deletion

This page explains how users of Cargo Shuffle, Bulls & Cows, and Liar's Dice can request deletion of account-related data.

How to request deletion

To request account deletion, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Please include:

• The game name (Cargo Shuffle, Bulls & Cows, or Liar's Dice)
• Your account identifier (if applicable)
• Your device platform (Android/iOS)
• Any information that helps us locate your account data

What we delete

Upon verification, we delete or anonymize account-related data we control that is associated with your request, unless retention is required by law or needed for legitimate security/fraud-prevention purposes.

What may be retained

Some limited technical records may be retained for a defined period for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. These records are minimized and retained only as long as necessary.

Third-party services

Our apps may use third-party services (for example ad/analytics providers such as Google AdMob and platform diagnostics). Data handled directly by those providers may need to be managed through their own privacy controls and policies.

Processing time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to verification and legal requirements.
